CO Home Equity is NOT a lender, bank, or financial institution.

We are a licensed mortgage brokerage platform that originates home equity products and connects Colorado homeowners with banking and lending partners, insurance providers, and financial service professionals. Specifically:

• Home Equity Products (HELOCs & Home Equity Loans): Home equity lines of credit and home equity loans are originated by Friel-Good Mortgage, Inc. (NMLS# 1901977), a licensed mortgage brokerage, and funded by our banking and lending partners. All loan applications are subject to our lending partners’ underwriting criteria, credit approval, and terms and conditions. Robert C. Friel, NMLS# 332039, is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of Colorado.
• Mortgage Services: Mortgage inquiries submitted through our Site are originated by Friel-Good Mortgage, Inc. (NMLS# 1901977) and funded by our banking and lending partners. Robert C. Friel, NMLS# 332039, is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of Colorado.
• Homeowners Insurance: Insurance comparison and review services are provided through Direct Insurance Services. CO Home Equity does not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance policies. We connect you with licensed insurance professionals who compare coverage options on your behalf.
